Simultaneously, I enrolled in an executive program at the prestigious IIT Delhi, further cementing my dedication to continuous learning. This formal education for Engineering, specializing in electronics and instrumentation. While delving into the intricacies of technology, I discovered an equally compelling passion for business and entrepreneurship. In my second year of college, I took a bold step into the entrepreneurial world by establishing my own side venture. This marked the beginning of my journey into the dynamic realms of business. The sales domain quickly became a favored arena where I honed my abilities and built a robust network of clients and collaborators. Over a short period, my team expanded to encompass dedicated individuals. The allure of unexplored opportunities led us to transcend geographical boundaries, extending our reach to encompass over 2.5 lakh distributors across ten Indian states. Year after year, our leadership continued to grow, propelling our annual revenue from an initial 5 crores to an impressive 50 crores. In 2019, I expanded my skill set into the healthcare industry, a move that coincided with the tumultuous period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the course of two years, I delved into the intricate nuances of the nutraceutical industry, gaining invaluable insights into consumer behavior within the health sector. This endeavor, powered by a dedicated team, resulted in a remarkable revenue of 60 crores. Simultaneously, I co-founded the School of Leadership, a dynamic training wing designed to complement Winzera's vision and mission. Our commitment to leadership and excellence extends far beyond the realms of business. The SOL is dedicated to nurturing and empowering the leaders of tomorrow, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to excel in the dynamic business landscape.
