I’ve led high-impact initiatives in cross-functional environments, working closely with C-suite leaders, international stakeholders, and operational teams to drive process improvements, digital transformation, escalation management, and service delivery enhancements. My experience spans managing global programs under the CEO’s Office at a global IT services firm, contributing to product expansion and digitization at a fast-paced startup, and strengthening operational excellence and lean practices in a leading automotive manufacturing company. Throughout, I’ve applied a problem-solving mindset and execution-driven approach to help businesses and clients scale smarter and serve better. Outside of work, I actively volunteer with NGOs supporting underprivileged students and enjoy exploring new cultures—having traveled across 20+ Indian states, combining my love for community, learning, and storytelling.
