As a Civil Engineering student discovering a newfound passion for HR, I am eager to blend my technical and analytical background with a growing interest in human resources to address real-world challenges and foster positive workplace environments. Currently serving as an HR Operations Intern at India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd, I play a pivotal role in offer processing, dashboard maintenance, and the on-boarding of new hires. I am keenly interested in talent acquisition, HR Analytics and HR Operations, however, my enthusiasm extends to exploring all facets of the HR department like L&D, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations etc. My diverse experience extends to sales and marketing roles at PMS Consulting and Lernx, where I excelled in lead generation, market research, and content creation across various platforms. Proficient in web development, AutoCAD, and Revit, I hold certifications from Code Karo Yaaro and Coursera as well. I am eager to expand my knowledge, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to organisational success while being committed to continuous learning and professional excellence.
