About Udoh Udom
Twenty years experience in senior management positions with the World Health Organization both in its African Regional Office and in WHO Headquarters in Geneva/Switzerland. Through regular visit and discussions with policy makers in many African countries, I understand the socio-political problems of Africa and in good position to offer constructive advice. I enjoy teaching and working with students to unlock their passion for learning. Winner of the 2007 Donald R. Stoddard Faculty Award of Excellence, Strayer University because of my demonstrable passion for teaching. I was also promoted Academic Dean and given responsibility for the management of the Nashville campus of Strayer University. Also certified to teach online (Blackboard system). I also served in the Faculty Senate. Author of three books: Adminisprudence: A Behavioural Approach to Managing Ourselves and Others (1998); Restless Citizens: The Hidden Burdens of Living and Working for the United Nations (2010), and What Makes Students Tick: Unlocking the Passion for Learning (2014).
