At work:I am a strong leader for people and projects, facilitating mutual understanding of goals to ensure team success. I have worked as an engagement manager for IT transition projects, service delivery manager, and product owner under Agile and ITIL frameworks, using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. I am committed and can motivate my team to collaborate and deliver results. I see myself as a balanced and confident leader, delivering results through people management, customer relations, outsourcing, and project management. My educational background includes a Mechanical Engineering MSc and various trainings like PRINCE2, Scrum Master, and ITIL. I have experience in international environments, balancing varying cultures with an empathic and open mindset. I enjoy human interaction and achieving success through close collaboration.After work:My leisure time is highly prioritized for my family, home, and friends. I enjoy riding my mountain bike and training children and youngsters. I am a member of Holte Mountainbike Klub and part of the trainer team for youth training, which includes 100 children and 20 trainers. Additionally, I act as a trainer when the Danish national trainer arranges camps for young talents from Denmark.
