About Ugur Mutlu

Hi, I’m Uğur—a Financial Accounting Specialist with nearly 10 years of experience at İLVİ Ayakkabı. I started my journey there as an Executive Assistant and quickly grew into my current role, managing the ins and outs of financial operations. I’m a natural multitasker and communicator, thriving in face-to-face interactions and keeping things running smoothly even when juggling multiple priorities. Before diving into accounting, I explored sales and customer-focused roles at English Home and Ipsos, which gave me a solid foundation in connecting with people and understanding their needs. On the academic side, I studied Art Management at Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and spent a year in Portugal immersing myself in Plastic Arts—an experience that broadened my perspective and fueled my creative side. I’m fluent in Turkish and English, intermediate in German, and a beginner in Greek and French. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back. I’m actively involved in several charity organizations that focus on providing education for children in need. Together, as a community, we organize concerts and charity events to make a positive impact. I’d describe myself as adaptable, detail-oriented, and someone who values collaboration and creativity. Whether it’s numbers, art, or building relationships, I’m all about finding meaning in what I do and bringing positivity to every situation.
