My professional journey began in the telecom industry with Vodafone Essar East Ltd, where I worked for over five years in sales, marketing, technical support, and customer service team leadership roles. Later, I moved to the education sector, where I worked as a Team Manager with Universal Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd, providing student counseling and admission services for distance learning courses offered by MIT Pune, Jaipur National University, and Assam Downtown University. I have also worked as a Sales Manager with Big V Telecom Pvt. Ltd, where I was responsible for cloud telephony solutions and personalized mobile applications for different industries. In addition, I have held key account and corporate sales management positions with Franchise India Brands Ltd and Beanstalkedu Services Pvt. Ltd, respectively. In my most recent role as Senior Sales Manager at Parchai Software Pvt. Ltd, I worked on brand expansion and franchise development for their AI-based safety, security, and surveillance solutions.
