About Ujjwal Chadha

Staff Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience architecting distributed systems and next-generation AI solutions. I specialize in Full Stack engineering and Agentic AI.Currently, I am a Staff Engineer at Fluxon, where I lead the architecture and delivery of complex AI-native products. Previously, I honed my engineering rigor at Microsoft.I don't just ship code; I design the systems that power it. My focus has shifted from traditional full-stack development to building intelligent, autonomous pipelines that solve ambiguous real-world problems.Core Competencies:AI & RAG Architecture: Designing production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic AI workflows that go beyond simple API calls to deliver context-aware, reliable results.System Design at Scale: Architecting fault-tolerant distributed systems that can handle high throughput.Full Stack Leadership: Owning the stack from infrastructure (Cloud/DevOps) to the frontend, ensuring seamless integration between model outputs and user experience.Technical Stack:AI/LLM: RAG Pipelines, Agentic Workflows, Vector Databases, LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Fine-tuning.Core Engineering: Java, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, React, Go, SQL/NoSQL.Infrastructure: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
