It gives me immense pleasure to be associated with two prestigious universities in the world. I am passionate about learning and honing my skills and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team. While working with IBM India, I was responsible for resolving technical queries of Bombardier Aerospace international employees based in the USA, Canada and Belfast. In addition, to handle customer service, I trained new employees advancing both communications as well as organizational skills. Every project gives at least one key learning that helps to make our dream come true. Being a student of UCD Smurfit BS, it made me happy but also nervous to match its standards. It is my duty to keep the standards high. I also like to develop my skills through online learning. There are so many great platforms available to us to make our skills competitive in the market. I try to find fun factor in all learnings which makes it to sustain for longer. Besides studying, I like cooking with experiments. Hiking also makes me happy and I always go for it when it feels like to have one.
