Over 12 years’ extensive experience in the areas of VMware, Virtulization, Servers, Storage, Operating systems IP PBX, IP Trunking, SIP Trunking, Turrets, Call Recording Solution (Nice NTR) and Pre-Sales Telecom Operations, Maintenance and Technical Support, Team Management & Client Servicing. • Strong 5+ years’ experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter experience in planning, deployment, configuration and administration of host systems and virtual machines • Experience in VMware and Network related infrastructure in data center environments. • experience in Virtualization Domain having Experience in VMware vSphere VCP 6.0/7.0 • Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting in Dell EMC Enterprise servers • Experience in Windows 2012/2016//2019, DNS,Centos,Suse, Debian, and storage, Network basics. • Expertise in implementation, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of Atos Unify, NICE & Avaya Products. • Supporting the VOIP product and IT infrastructure such as Servers, Switch and so. • Coordinate with Client SME’s for high level Escalation, maintaining healthy relation with Clients for upselling and cross selling as well as notify and help them for any kind of patch upgrade. • Conducting case & system study for project planning, scoping, estimation and tracking. • Prepare and maintain all Project related documents such as Project Tracker, Data Collection Sheet, Architect Diagram, Solution Documents, ITC, And Sign Off Project closure reports. • Go Live Support, Post Implementation Support • Development of customized solution as per business needs • Work with client to identify requirement • Development Project Scope and Implementation approach • Cross Functional and Integrity knowledge in VMware, Servers, Windows, ATOS- Unify and NICE system. • Work with Internal resources (Technical and Non-Technical) for Implementing the project. • P • Carry out scoping studies with prospects and articulate solutions that addresses their business pains. • Coordinate effectively to render right solution to prospect - between sales team, central presales Team. • Assist Sales team to understand the opportunity, mitigate early identified risks and ensure a successful implementation timeline • Develop and maintain an effective and productive relationship with all customer from technical point of view act as a single point of contact for any queries. •
