About Ulan Sari

I began my career since in the college. During my lectures, I was active in several campus organizations and trainings. I’ve always been skilled at working in a team and target oriented. I started by joining several college trainings in 2015, then i joined one of campus organization in 2016 as an expert staff. But I was not satisfied if only served in one place, I finally decided to follow another organization and managed to become a secretary in one of its divisions in 2017. From my experience successfully leading teams in the college organizations led me to be a leader of team in one of the National Scientific writing competitions. On my chance to be a leader, bringing people together and working towards common goals have been a target to achieve. Finally, my team won the competition and was funded by the Kemenristek Dikti in 2017. Even though I'm just a fresh graduate, I've had experience of working in the XYZ company as a telemarketing staff. In my role, I learn how to manage time well, manage marketing, relate with other well, and also how to improve customer service. In there, I could increase customer servise response rates each quarter by 15-30% in a month. I’ve been really enjoying that part of my work and I’m especially interested in bringing the experience for joining internship program of the ABC company as well as my commitment to efficiency to the team which i built in ABC company. I like reading books (especially sciences books and newspaper) and learning a new knowledge, that's what caused me to be a fresh graduate of Physics Department of ITS with the Cumlaude Predicate. But, I realize that being smart is not enough if it is not balanced with behavioral development. So, besides spending my spare time with reading, I also like to do voluntary activities in the community. This hobby has existed since I was in high school, but it hasn't been realized in the wider community. Until finally I became a college student, I decided to join the Etos scholarship development program. From the scholarship, I did a lot of social community activities, mainly the development of productive villages in Kenjeran, Surabaya. There, I and the team (the Etos scholarship beneficiaries) created various divisions to develop the abilities of the people of Kenjeran village.
