About Ulf Cederin

Ulf Cederin is the founder and former president of the Nordic Growth Market (NGM) Stock Exchange based in Stockholm, Sweden and in Finland and Norway. He has more than 25 years experience in finance, management and stock market enterprises. Mr Cederin is also the founder of today’s largest derivate market in the Nordic; the Nordic Derivates Exchange (NDX). He was the Chief Executive Officer of the listed company Nordic Growth Market NGM Holding AB for over eight years. Prior to that, Mr Cederin worked for, among others, Remium Aktiv Kapitalförvaltning AB, Fischer Partners, and Bridge Financial Ltd, Billiton Enthoven London LME, all financial institutions. Mr Ulf Cederin is also a former board member of several listed companies in the Nordic area such as Shelton Petroleum. Today Mr Ulf Cederin is still a board member of a number of other companies. Today owner of Scandinavian Capitol Invest Ltd and Loviken Asset Management Ltd and a member of management at edge auto rental in New York City. Mr Cederin also helps many entrepreneurs in their development as a mentor and help in the process to develop and create good growth.
