Leadership – Management: Held positions from first-line manager to site manager in various companies. Participated in the company's management team for Fors AB (approx. 850 employees) as well as an extended management team for Korsnäs AB (approx. 1400 employees). Production manager for the fiber line and shared factory responsibility for Norrsundets Mill. Initiated and implemented several organizational changes within different companies. Participated in and led steering groups and project groups in various areas. Have extensive experience and several training sessions in presentation and argumentation techniques, as well as an interest and conviction in their importance for a goal-oriented and motivated organization. Completed several leadership training courses, most recently an executive training program organized by IFL in 2014. Documented good leadership ability. Personnel Responsibility: Worked in various managerial positions with personnel responsibility for 33 years, overseeing between 3 to 220 people. Worked in several positions as a manager with subordinate department managers. Since 1992, worked with goal-oriented management through development conversations and also termination conversations in connection with personnel reductions. Initiated and recruited about 50 individuals through approximately 250 interviews for various positions over the years. Long experience as the company's representative in various negotiations with several trade unions.
