11 years ago I started working as a service technician in the telecommunications industry and currently working in the role of a cluster coordinator for Ericsson Germany. I am very driven and would now like to utilize and further develop my skills, knowledge and expertise within a new position. I am extremely reliable, conscientious and result-oriented and able to work independently on any task assigned to me. My negotiation skills and ability to thrive while dealing with clients, service providers and project staff ensure that I am able to implement technically and financially beneficial solutions under consideration of best practices and defined standards. I am currently responsible for 10 multinational team members – lending an hand or ear where needed to efficiently work together towards the common goal. I am now ready to take on even a greater challenge.
