About Ulf Steinberg

Join me working towards #preferableorganizations: organizations that are preferable in so many respects that you would choose them over their competitors anytime. I took the inspiration from a keynote and it resonated deeply with me. Let’s one up the game from creating merely sustainable organizations to ones that are actually preferable. To contribute towards this goal, I fill my role as Director at Manres with all I have to give. My focus is on creating environments for our clients to realize their full potential, and to develop themselves as a first step towards developing their organizations. About Me: A close colleague and friend was asked to describe me in a nutshell: I am a direct person, but expect it to be done in a respectful and gentle manner. Through the chaos we call life, I manage to stay me by keeping calm and carrying on. I would add that I made it to a stage where I have a job that is fulfilling, and makes me happy.
