About Uli Jetzinger

With 10+ years of hands-on experience in business development and leadership in the audio and consulting industry, I have gained a successful record of accomplishments in business controlling, team building, restructuring organizations, commercialization of expert services, and - all in all - implementing strategic goals and values into the operative everyday life of a company. Having a strong background in audio and music, where I worked as a sound engineer and a producer, I adopted a very similar approach into the world of business. Like a good music producer, when a new challenge comes up, I do not start by trying to reinvent the wheel. I Instead I start by familiarizing myself with the given ingredients, analyzing them, dropping the bad parts and developing the essential parts, in order to reach a great result, while staying true to the original purpose and underlying idea as much as possible. Sometimes this process involves rearranging the band, or swapping instruments, or adding some new perspectives and ideas from outside, in order to make things work. Like a music producer, I do not necessarily play the instrument myself, but I do strive to create an environment where the best in each person comes to the fore.
