WHAT I DO: Together with my colleagues at QNTM Consulting, we work with companies to create an inclusive, equitable, and thriving future for their employees and the ecosystems and communities they serve – and ultimately, for the sustainability of the planet. WEBSITE: WHY ME: I have 25 years of experience coaching and consulting senior leaders in a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, construction, architecture, and engineering around strategic planning, execution, and personal and people development. I am an avid learner and have been on a personal growth journey since I can remember. I am passionate about traveling, hiking the great outdoors, and discovering something new every day. HOW MY QNTM PARTNERS AND I WORK: We work with startup to medium sized organizations (healthcare, construction, finance, technology) to provide holistic leadership development & coaching, consulting, and organization development to strategically embed ESGs into business to create long lasting net positive impact, while also- scaling their organizations to create greater positive impact with their products and services- co-creating a self-organizing, self-correcting, intrinsically motivated living system - building capacity to individually and collectively handle challenges with less struggle and stress, and - creating the cultural conditions that allow for thriving where all voices are heard while also maintaining strategic focus. Our holistic approach results in healthier organizations, where people can reconnect with their personal rhythms and their calm inner self. It is through reconnection to self, others, and nature that we can create positive social impact, healthier interactions with our natural environment, more equitable ways of working, and sustainable results.
