About Uli Ng

Uli has expertise in international relations, partnership development, community building, strategic planning and implementation, and adult education. Her work experience encompasses various management and faculty positions in large organizations including multiple universities, colleges, and technical institutions in Canada, Australia, and Kazakhstan. She also has industry experience from working in business development & proposals at an international engineering consulting company. Beyond her global experience, Uli is a long-serving community advocate through her leadership positions on numerous local non-profit boards and organizations in Calgary. Her graduate-level education is in professional communication with a specialization in international and intercultural communication which allowed her the privilege to study in China, Japan, and the United Kingdom. These international experiences aided greatly in Uli’s thesis work which explored the specific factors that enhance and shape community development within culturally diverse environments.
