My work primarily involves integrating EDC machines with POS systems, API Payment Gateway,Payment System and Mobile POS (App-to-App). I have successfully collaborated with clients through requirement analysis, technical meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless system implementation and reliable transaction performance. Throughout this role, I have developed strong technical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting transaction issues, system monitoring, and optimizing performance to minimize downtime.
