I’m a collaborative, emotionally intelligent PMO leader with over a decade of experience building and sustaining high-performing teams in the healthcare and enterprise IT space. My passion lies in transforming complexity into clarity—taking abstract ideas and turning them into scalable, actionable programs that create real business value. Currently, I lead multiple project teams, with responsibility for up to 13 direct reports and two people leaders. I’ve successfully built a Project Management Office and Intake Office from the ground up, and created universal, scalable processes that support cross-functional delivery and decision-making. What sets me apart is my ability to break down technical or operational challenges into clear, executable steps—without losing sight of the human side.
