I have succesfully listed & sold homes in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange County & San Diego counties. Being bilingual has allowed to reach even more families in a distressed situation. I have extensive background in not only representing buyers (1st-time buyers, move up buyers, sellers downsizing, investors seeking to increase the size of their portfolio. I've listed & sold properties from 2-31 units & ranging from $100k all the way to $5 million. I work with investors seeking to buy & hold as well as those seeking to flip properties. I also hold the “ABR” designation for special education and training on representing buyers as well as the “SRES” designation to be able to cater to our 55 & younger community. After almost 14 years of selling real estate & being a top producing agent with every office and company I've worked for, I've decided to take my show to another level! On 3/1/16, I joined Excellence Real Estate & On July 1st of this same year, I secured a 2-year lease of a 650 sq. Ft to open my very first real estate office 100% on my own. I'm blessed to be living the dream. Fast forward 2 1/2 years later, I now have an almost sq feet & now have 20 Agents, countless students, an in-house escrow division. After running my own excellence real estate office and having nearly 100 agents under my leadership, i decided to own a cwntury21 franchise in fontana, century21 TheVegaTeam for over 2 years.
