I am an entrepreneur by nature, ever since I made my first sale at the age of eight, selling drawings at the entrance of my neighborhood, I have sought opportunities to create value. Today, as a operations manager, I have accumulated experience leading my own ventures and, more recently, building a high-impact career at Dr.Cash. At Dr.Cash, I had the opportunity to participate in the company’s development from its inception, contributing to its achievement of a R$220 million valuation. We have led the financing of over R$300 million, making the dreams of more than people come true. I was responsible for obtaining banking correspondent certification, designing the operational flow of the platform, and implementing and optimizing our CRM and chatbot systems. Structured and led the marketing and customer service teams, achieving an NPS above 86 points and peaks of 6,500 daily chat interactions. Identified and resolved the issue of abandoned carts by creating the Inside Sales team, which recovered over R$50 million in stalled contracts. Developed a field team to train partner clinics in sales processes and service excellence. Structured the ombudsman area, implemented registration and ongoing policies, and created a scoreboard for evaluating and segmenting partner clinics, raising the operational quality of the business. I am driven by challenges and my mission is to continually enhance my knowledge in operational excellence, customer satisfaction,scalable business, risk management and fraud prevention. I have FBB100 certification, FFN and a master in AI for business, currently deepening my expertise through various specialized courses like ANCORD and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
