Ulla Fabricius advises in the areas of international transport and trade including logistic contracts, standard conditions for sale and purchase, carriage by sea, road, air and rail as well as combinations of these. Assistance is provided on contract law, tort, insurance, litigation and arbitration. Ulla often gives lectures at conferences both in Denmark and abroad within her areas of expertise, and she previously taught maritime and transport law as non-tenured associate professor at the Copenhagen Business School. Ulla has publiched the 2017 edition of the Annotated Edition of the CMR Convention on the international carriage of goods by road. Thus, she is a top expert in international road transport.
