About Ulla Lange

Abstract Throughout my career, I have been involved in Finance and Accounting, having been Project Manager of large projects. Many of these projects have been about implementing complex business systems, ERP systems, and workflow systems. I am experienced in identifying improvement opportunities within IT and business solutions. I have many years of experience mapping the business processes of a department, and I have been responsible for driving the changes through after identifying how to implement the changes in our processes. My core areas of competence are: • Controlling, accounting, reporting • Project management and optimisation of business and departmental processes • General management • Communication and international communication • Establishment and start-up of new departments and businesses • Requirement specification, design, planning of IT system optimisation My results bear testimony to the fact that I am competent within my area of expertise, I can quickly get an overview and add structure to processes and issues, and I am willing to do hands-on work myself. I have excellent communication skills, and have excellent command of English (negotiation level). As a person, I am committed, I keep my word, and I have a good sense of humour.
