About Ulla Pellinen

In my current role as a Development Manager, my scope of work is broad. I work with HR, event management and business development projects, where I leverage my previous experience in an international marketing company and event marketing. In my previous working places, I have planned and executed various BtoB and fair events, collaborating with stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, and evaluating and reporting the success of the events. I have also applied my marketing and communication skills to conduct market analysis, data gathering, and reporting to the management team, as well as to train employees on new technologies. I am an experienced professional in event management and diverse marketing and customer service roles. My strengths lie in customer interactions, event and project management. In addition I have a knowledge and an experience in implementing global meeting and travel strategies into local markets. I have accumulated strong collaboration experience with multicultural teams and external stakeholders. I am a creative and collaborative networker and communicator, who is target oriented and persistent. I am passionate about learning new skills and taking on new challenges. In my spare time, I have also gained experience in volunteering, leading people and groups, and teaching and coaching new skills, such as paddling. I am interested in roles in project and event management, where I can utilise my organisational, project and event management, marketing, and leadership skills.
