I get excited about achieving meaningful things and discovering new views. I believe in a shared vision, networking and working together. I get inspired about people who have found their own passion and are proud of their skills and know how to bring a new perspective to things, take things to a new level and ask unexpected questions. I am impressed by people's desire to promote things that are important to them. I believe in lifelong learning and the influence of people's inner motivation in achieving results. I have spent a significant part of my working career in organisations and worked with trustees, volunteers and employees. Thanks to that, I have developed my coaching and motivational approach. In my career, I have gone through many kinds of development processes, from organisational and statutes changes to system acquisitions. Organisational administration is familiar to me. I have developed and implemented various group processes and trainings. I have been involved in organising events and meetings for hundreds of people. I have also organised study visits and various development workshops. I have been involved in international networks and worked abroad. I am still interested in the organisation development, high-quality front-line work, networking and international cooperation. I enjoy organising activities. I want to develop my own skills, get excited and inspire.
