About Ulla Roiha

I’m sustainability professional with close to 15 years of experience from consulting, international business development in emerging markets, research and corporate responsibility. I have worked in different types of organizations, in private, public and third sector, not only in Finland but also years in India. I have developed strong expertise on key sustainability issues, evaluations and impact assessments and consulting, and alongside built my leadership and organizational development skills. I’m driven to learn and I like digging into new topics and solving challenging problems. Supporting, empowering and leading people towards common goals is thus something that I really enjoy. The same applies to working with client assignments. My passion is both to help business and other organizations to perform better while increasing their positive impact on people, society and environment and to empower individuals to grow.
