I am a versatile researcher, educator, coach, developer, and motivator. My passion and research-driven interest in welfare guide me to delve into holistic human well-being. I am capable of examining welfare analytically and deeply, both as an educator and a researcher. With ten years of experience at Polar Electro, a global measurement company, I have solidified my expertise in measurement technology. My background in sports science and engineering has deepened my understanding of the complexity of human physiology and how technology can support health maintenance and balancing of operational disturbances. I am currently conducting research in the interdisciplinary OFNI group (Oulu Functional Neuroimaging) at the University of Oulu and Pohde, focusing on the effects of respiration on cerebral fluid circulation (glymphatic clearance) using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). My personality is warm, empathetic, and encouraging, and I am constantly striving to develop myself and my skills. By combining my diverse expertise with an entrepreneurial approach, I develope innovative solutions for healthcare professionals, promoting awareness of holistic health promotion and balancing body imbalance.
