About Ulla Timlin
Background in mental health and psychiatric nursing, I have been working with adults, adolescents and their families. Current research is focusing on mental health and well-being in changing situations and environment, e.g, COVID-19, climate change and permafrost thaw in the Arctic. Interested to utilize One Health approach in this context. I find participatory research approach very important, and working with local people is inspiring - throughout the research work. Additionally, I have gathered experience in teaching, with a focus on mental health and RDI-work, which I find to be an essential part of my career.
