Over 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, user support, and troubleshooting. I'm currently growing into a role as a Systems, Networks & Cloud Administrator, supported by a Master’s program in Systems, Networks, and Cloud Administration. My skills include- Managing Windows Server environments (2008 to 2019), Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune- Working with virtualization tools like VMware vCenter and Proxmox- Handling networking tasks such as LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and Cisco/Meraki equipment- Automating tasks with PowerShell scripting- Providing technical support and documenting processes. I’m currently building expertise in- Cloud technologies: Setting up and managing AWS services like EC2, S3, and RDS- IT security: Using SIEM tools like Splunk, performing risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with security standards- DevOps practices: Working with Docker, Ansible for automation, and Git/GitHub for continuous integration. My goal is to excel in managing hybrid cloud environments, strengthen my skills in IT security, and play a key role in designing and improving secure, efficient IT systems.
