About Ulrika Davidsson

I have 14 years of leadership experience in a customer relationship environment; both from the banking sector and from a finance company in the manufacturing industry. I find it very stimulating working with leadership issues and having interactions with customers. Coaching employees for their professional development is something that motivates me being a leader. I am known to be ambitious and I set high standards in both quality and service level towards internal and external customers, for both myself and my teams. I have great interpersonal skills and I am also known as having very good networking skills and I enjoy building relations with both internal and external parties. Being part of a management team, my skills as being analytical, thorough and methodical has proven to be useful when being involved in setting directions for the future, short-term as long term, for the teams, strategies of the department and in different projects. In my future work assignment I would like to continue develop my leadership skills together with customer interaction. Working with strategic assignments in a company is also something that I would like to continue focusing on as a future development area.
