Moreover, I am specialised in negotiation and dispute resolution as well as contract law, labour law and employment law (also cross border international employment law issues). I have handled complex disputes inclduing trade secrets, intellectual property, complex investigations and case handling, tort law/damages, international law and EC law. For more than 20 years I have represented companies in courts and arbitration disputes. Thus, I am an experienced advisor in risk management, management of complex cases and disputes. However, luckily, most disputes ends up in amicable solutions and reasonable agreements. I draft all types of contracts, settlements, policies, standard forms etcetera (also in English). I love to lecture seminars in primarily employment law, contract law and litigation, internally (to Almega´s employment law lawyers and experts), and externally to external companies and clients.
