About Ulrike Germann

At WTW I am leading and responsible for the part of Change Management, Communications and Engagement Solutions in the Employee Experience (EX) sector of WTW in Germany. In this role I mostly advise clients to create a holistic EX, lead organizational design and transformation and find solutions for development and other challenges. Additional, I support and advise customers in effective Communication and human centered leadership styles. I am member of the German management team as well and responsible for market and business development of EX sector in Germany. In my position I am member of the European EX team. In previous jobs I advised executives on communication, employee experience and organizational development. My focus is on reputation management, crisis communication, HR excellence and interaction with the GenZ. I am one of the "brightest minds of PR 2021 and 2023", awarded by the Institute for Management and Economics and PER. As CEO of the consulting company Germann & Kollegen, I went into companies as an interim manager, because only those who hear what is not said and feel the vibes can ideally advise executives and successfully accompany the change process strategically. Therefore, and also to be always at the recent development level, I graduated the executive course "Organization Development & Change" at Berkeley University in 2023 and finished with the highest level of A+. With the Communicative Organization, I presented the first truly digital form of organization, in the book "Disrupt your Communication!", which was published in May 2022 by the dfv-Mediengruppe. In future, companies will act as networks and abolish blockades. They become transparent, engage in individual stakeholder management and involve employees. Because on involvement follows engagement. My experience as a journalist (editor-in-chief), publisher (start-up founder), consultant, communications expert, chief communications officer (board member) and interim manager is diverse and profound.
