I was raised in a small Malaysian town where expectations were loud and options were few. From a young age, I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t have the language for it yet. What I did have was grit, curiosity, and an unshakable belief that reinvention was possible, even if no one had shown me how. Today, I’m the architect of RAW leadership - Reinvent, Amplify, and Win on your own terms. As a multi-hyphenate founder, creator, and keynote speaker, I build companies, platforms, and conversations that challenge outdated definitions of success. After 20+ years leading billion-dollar tech businesses across Asia Pacific and Japan, I chose to walk away from the corporate script and build a life that integrates ambition, soul, and impact. I now work across industries and borders—advising leaders, launching ventures, delivering keynotes, and designing tools that help people communicate with power, lead with courage, and take up space without apology. I work across reinvention, visibility, and voice—especially for those who’ve been overlooked or underestimated. Whether it's helping women navigate career pivots, speak with presence, or lead through transitions, I focus on the real stuff most people avoid. No fluff. No jargon.
