I have over 22 years of experience in IT Industry, having played diversified roles such as Software Developer, Tech Lead, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Practice Lead and Solution Architect. Have developed expertise in the following areas over a period of time- Digital solutions architecture & design | Agile Project Delivery Management | Presales | Technical consulting | Capability building | Practice development | Technology leadership - Delivered several B2B, B2E & B2C projects to various clients across industry verticals. These projects largely involved the following: 1) Mobile app development: using Native development approach(Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) or Cross-platform/Hybrid app development approach (Ionic/React/Angular, React Native, Flutter, PWA, Xamarin); Have exposure to Conversational AI Chatbot; Good exposure to MDM/MAM platforms and Mobile Analytics solutions. 2) Web app development: using React/Angular for Frontend and.NET/Java/NodeJS/Python/Golang & RDBMS/NoSQL for Backend 3) Integrating with other applications or services in Cloud or On-premise. 4) Cloud Native services and Serverless architecture(on Azure / AWS), API management, Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes 5) Agile/SCRUM & DevOps In my current role as a Senior Solution Architect for digital solutions, I am involved in both Presales and Project implementation. In Presales, I have responded to several RFPs and created proposals that include solution architecture(typically using Cloud(Single/Multi-cloud/Hybrid), Mobile, Web, API, Integration, Analytics, etc.) and estimation (effort, cost, timeline) in accordance with project scope. Have made proposal presentations and demos to clients, and helped winning several deals. In Project implementation phase, have closely worked with the project team members and guided them through implementation as per the architecture and design. Involved in Practice Development activities such as Capability building, Solution prototype development, Reusable components development. Built strong teams with sound technical capabilities and competencies to develop/support mobile apps. Also, involved in Technical Consulting, helping clients in choosing the right technologies, platforms and approach for development and implementation.
