Management of onshore contracts and ensure that reliability, safety and environmental targets are achieved; •Project management and cost control. Budget, AFE and cash flow forecast for the projects; •Managing consultants, contractors and construction manager to ensure that assigned work remains on schedule, is within budget and meets expectations. •Conducting design, pre-construction and construction phase weekly progress and various other coordination meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating presentation materials and prepare meeting minutes for same. •Monitors procurement process for consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely issuance of multiple tender packages and ultimately contracts. •Preparation of Tender Documents for EPC jobs. Conduct best practise sessions for the projects. •Strong background in Engineering, Negotiations, Procurement, Estimation, Design review and Liaison with statutory authorities; •Recommended for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.) Safety award in year 2004 for safely executing the hot taps inside Ruwais Refinery. •Enjoys team sports, socializing and outdoor activities.
