I am a established individual with experience in driving operational management, Individual and team performance, customer support, Sales, and working within a FCA/DPA regulated environment, handling of daily office based operations in addition to previous experience in managing daily running of a retail store furthermore I have great abilities in adhering to KPIs within a sales, services and professional environment. I have been recognised by management and peers as a positive leader and got the opportunity to take part in the mentor development program. After completing BA Hons in criminology I am now seeking a role where a broad skill set including multi-tasking, problem solving and workload management can be utilised best. I have large amount of confidence and the eagerness to achieve a similar or even new experience, furthermore, I am keen confident, organised, kind, polite person with eagerness and the ambition of learning new skills and undertake further study that will help in my working life. I am reliable; efficient, enthusiastic and an energetic individual who enjoys working as part of a team or on my own to complete a task to the best of my ability.
