I am an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions professional with extensive experience in Messaging and Collaboration, Cloud Migrations, IT Security, Strategy planning for Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures & Spin-offs. Over the years, I have worked with global clients across industries, leading complex IT transformations, cost modeling, and large-scale migration projects. Currently, I serve as an Associate Manager at EY GDS where I focus on: 1. Divestiture planning & execution, including TSA (Transition Service Agreement) cost modeling and stranded cost analysis. Spin-offs & site separations, ensuring seamless transitions, infrastructure separation, and IT service alignment. IT operating models, data migration, and Day 1 readiness for M&A transactions. Previously, I have worked with Microsoft, ITC Infotech, Convergys, and HCL, gaining deep expertise in: 1. Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Enterprise-scale messaging environment & migrations using PowerShell and automation tools like Power Automate. IT security, compliance, and IT infrastructure consulting for global organizations. I have successfully led IT projects for clients like AB InBev, Aon, Accor, and Microsoft, ensuring seamless technology transitions and operational efficiency. Beyond work, I have a deep passion for space exploration and astrophysics (minus the complex math). I enjoy hiking, long drives, and keeping up with global geopolitics.
