As a Technical Network Architect II at Bell, I Support Level-2 Technicians in escalation, participate in Network design, implementation, and support Cloud Network Infrastructure. I provide expertise for automation team to create solutions. I have a Master's Degree in Computer Networks from Toronto Metropolitan University and multiple Cisco certifications, including CCNS Routing and Switching and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core. I have over eight years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and computer networks while working with diverse platforms, troubleshooting network issues, and facilitating DevOps concepts. I contribute to the strategy and evolution of existing and future Telecom Network services, using Agile methodologies. I also participate in on-call rotation, hardware testing, code upgrades, and project management, delivering continuous HA network with production quality.
