Ph. D (Biotechnology) from UTKAL UNIVERSITY, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA and my area of work is to find out the therapeutic potentials of PHYTOCOMPOUNDS towards the treatment of Neurological Disorders (In-vitro and in-vivo enzymztic and non enzymatic studies); especially in the area of Pharmaceutical Biology.>> Hands on experience in experimental ANIMAL MODELS/Rats and mice (Disease induction, Toxicity studies, and Dose fixation).>> Additionally I have also experience in CELL CULTURE, CELL MAINTENANCE, and HYBRIDOMA TECHNIQUE.>> In vitro and in vivo bioassy standardisation including enzymatic and non-enzymatic studies e.g. invertase, alpha-amylase, glucosidase, oxidative markers, acetylcholinestarase, butyrylcholimesterase, Beta- Secretase, IL-6, and TNF alpha etc.>> Knowledge about Extraction, Bioactivity studies of MEDICINAL plants and isolation of bioactive compounds by COLUMN CHROMATOGRAPHY.>> Currently working as SENIOR EXECUTIVE, Innovation and Devlopment (IDT), R&D HERBAL with knowledge of extraction Caffeine, Withanolides, Punicalagin, and Bacosides A etc.>> Analysis of Phytocompounds by HPLC, and GC etc.>> Waiting for final defend of Ph.D and looking forward for RESEARCH POSITION in R&D or POST DOCTORAL positions.
