As a DevOps Cloud Engineer at Bmo Bank of Montreal, I design and deploy highly available and fault tolerant infrastructure on AWS using Terraform modules, and implement production ready Kubernetes clusters and microservice container orchestration. I also automate application deployments and updates using Kubernetes and Python scripts, and monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of the cloud infrastructure. I have over 5 years of experience in IT industry, with expertise in configuration management, change/release/build management, and cloud automation using various DevOps tools and AWS and Azure services. I have worked on projects involving AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, EBS, RDS, S3, Lambda, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, SQS, SNS, Cloud Formation, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory, Azure Service Bus, Azure Web Roles, Worker Roles, SQL Azure, and Azure Storage. I have also used Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Subversion, GIT, Hudson, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, and Bamboo to streamline the CI/CD process and improve the product quality. I have a Postgraduate Degree in Information Security from Red River College Polytechnic, where I learned the principles and best practices of secure software development and network security.
