EXPERIENCE Having experience of over 18 years in managing life cycle of projects from concept to handover. Project management for offices, hotel, retail store. Dealt with all packages of interiors and services like Electrical, AC, BMS, LAN/WAN networking, Fire/security systems etc, Co ordinate with client for project requirements, co ordinate with architects/consultants and contracting agencies ensuring compliance of client requirements with agreed time lines and cost. Responsible for ensuring compliance of safety at work/audit of work process.
