I’m a consumer-first senior marketing executive who has driven high-profile strategies and lasting results at PepsiCo and AB InBev. I have repeatedly tackled new and complex challenges, while guiding and developing large teams to elevate our market impact. For example, I recently steered marketing for an operating business that drove billions in annual revenue, working collaboratively with all stakeholders, from internal colleagues across functions to external partners/customers. In the last 2 years, I have led the insights, analytics, and consumer experience team for the PepsiCo Beverages, better integrating data, insights & empathy to up-skill our marketing through a more consumer centric approach. What drives me: Putting the consumer at the center of everything we do. I am motivated to lead creative work, brand storytelling, and innovations that move people emotionally. Understanding what drives their decisions in an ever-changing world and then delivering creative solutions against those needs is deeply exciting. Propelling results, from revenue growth to competitive share growth. I love to convert data and insights, strategies, and campaigns into tangible impact. I also love to inspire large and dispersed teams to see the bigger picture and strive for strong performance against highly ambitious goals. Focusing on HOW results are driven as much as the results themselves. I know that what lasts is how I treat people and make them feel.
