About Ummar Memi

I am Ummar. I’m from a small but fast developing town called Redditch. I am a Director of the following two companies: The first company is called ISOC UK C.I.C. ISOC is abbreviated Integrating & Supporting Our Community. We as an organisation have been running for over 3 years to promote integrations and provide support to the local community. We predominantly aim to deliver a safe and welcoming environment for anyone, endorsing equality and inclusion within the locality. At ISOC we work together to provide our attendees with all the help and motivation they need to work towards reaching goals and future aspirations. We also aim to provide great discipline, a feel of security and a boost in self confidence for our service users. Within our CIC we provide the community with 3 core areas. We endeavour to make available a selection of activities, inclusive events and most importantly offer a sense of belonging for each person we support by carrying out community projects dedicated to them. The second company I manage is called Brainiax Limited. This organisation was created through the feedback we collected through our young people that attended our services at ISOC UK. Brainiax consists of 3 key areas: 1) Education, we offer- Mathematics & English tuition for KS2, KS3 & KS4 - Career guidance and mentoring for 16+- Pathways to personal development courses & apprenticeships All provided by highly qualified and experienced tutors! 2) Recruitment, we provide- Kickstart scheme and apprenticeship support for local businesses - A work experience & volunteering hub - CV support and career workshops - Successful candidate matching 3) Media, we present- Promotional photography - Digital videos for marketing - Creating and editing bespoke social media content - Specialising in 2D & 3D animations If you would like more information on any of our services or have any enquiries please do not hesitate to message me
