About Una Alagic

I work within BHP’s WAIO Technology Delivery team, partnering with Asset and Major Project groups to deliver complex technology components that enable operational excellence. I specialise in stakeholder engagement and collaboration, building trusted relationships across technical, operational, and project teams to ensure delivery is aligned, transparent, and outcomes-driven.I thrive in fast-paced environments where communication, coordination, and clarity are critical to success. My focus is on bridging technical and business perspectives, managing competing priorities, and bringing people together to solve problems and deliver meaningful results. Before moving into project delivery, I spent over eight years as an educational leader in the independent school sector. There, I honed my ability to lead teams, implement systemic improvements, and mentor early-career professionals. That foundation in people leadership and organisational development continues to shape the way I approach complex projects today, always through structure, empathy, and a focus on continuous improvement.
