Background

About Una Oatham

I lead a dynamic team dedicated to cultivating an adventurous curriculum that promotes both academic and pastoral growth for each pupil. With over eight years of experience as Head of Year, I am committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters happy, well-rounded children who are eager to learn and explore. My background includes coordinating and implementing strategies at the Volunteer Centre of San Francisco, where I developed strong organisational and leadership skills. Additionally, my tenure as an Exams Officer in a large secondary school honed my project management abilities, ensuring smooth and efficient exam processes. I have a keen interest in the history curriculum and enjoy bringing history to life through engaging and interactive lessons. Beyond the classroom, I actively contribute to extracurricular activities and well-being initiatives. Central to our school community, we prioritise holistic development, empowering both staff and students to achieve their full potential in a collaborative and spirited atmosphere.
