I am a dedicated retail professional with seven years of experience in customer service, sales, and store management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in BSc. Biology from Jaipur National University in year 2016 because I was a science student I want to explore myself in that particular direction. Later I joined an import/export firm as a part-time Retail Associate which has provided me with a solid foundation in business principles and retail management. So I chose to do my Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Suresh Gyan Vihar University in 2018.This degree definitely polished my skills and a significant boost to my career in several ways, developing both specific HR skills and broader management abilities. which includes strategic HR management, leadership and management skills, analytical and technical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, ethical and cultural awareness. Now to explore my vision and to educate more about International Business and Management I came to the United Kingdom to learn from the most renowned tutors in Birmingham City University at Birmingham. I am currently pursuing Project Management with International Business and Supply Chain Management.In my most recent role as a Customer Representative, I consistently exceeded sales targets by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and maintaining attractive store displays. My previous experience at a private import/export firm in India involved managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising, and accurately processing transactions, which enhanced my operational and organizational skills.Known for my motivation, attention to detail, and customer-first approach, I am passionate about the retail industry and eager to leverage my education and experience to contribute to a company's continued success.
