Registered Candidate Industrial EngineeringTechnologist (ECSA) with over three years of experience in process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Currently working as a Quality and Process Engineer in the motor manufacturing industry, I specialize in enhancing product quality, quality audits (ISO standards), streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency. My career began with a three-month in-service training at Gibela Rail Transport, followed by a one-year internship at Supreme Spring, where I progressed from Process Engineer Intern to Junior Process Engineer. I hold a BEng Tech in Industrial Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and recently completed my BEng Tech Honours in Industrial Engineering at the University of Johannesburg, with research project focusing on Lean Six Sigma implementation in a manufacturing industry. Known for being analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative, I am passionate about leveraging my skills to deliver measurable value and drive efficiency in engineering processes.
