About Upama Barman

I started working ever since I passed out of Sir JJ school of Architecture, Mumbai in the year fortune to work under several creative people who helped me gain real knowledge at site.I wasnt satisfied with that alone so started teaching as a professor for interior designing classes in Raheja college of Architecture.I got the opportunity during that time to design sets for television and movie industry.Worked with banners like Balaji telefilms for a couple of years.Side by side i used to take up freelance interior projects for both commercial and residential spaces.I gave up set designing after i got married and had a kid.Home demands couldn't let me work outside for long hours.I realised my passion for Math as when I started teaching my kid.There was no turning back as i enjoyed teaching Math so much.During the pandemic i started taking online math classes.I then started teaching Yoga after i did my 500hrs yoga training classes from the Yoga institute, Santacruz.Yoga became a way of my life.It is something that is to be practiced and felt.Its is more like exploring the unknown part of yourself.I now want to help people with all the knowledge i have acquired so far from my journey.The journey is still to complete but the knowledge we gain is to be imparted for others to benefit and not to keep it to ourselves.
