Hello! I am Upendar Rayala, a skilled and experienced software testing professional with over 4 years of expertise in various testing methodologies. My passion lies in contributing my knowledge and skills to drive the growth of an organization while continuously upgrading my abilities. My proficiency includes QA and testing of Web/Mobile applications, strong knowledge of SDLC phases, designing Test Strategies, Test plans, and executing Test Cases. I have experience working with Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and V-Model methodologies, as well as in Defect Management and Bug Reporting using tools like TFS, Jira, and Bugzilla. During my career, I have been involved in both Manual and Automation testing, utilizing tools like Selenium, Test Sigma, and AccelQ. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in Performance Testing using Load Runner and Web Load. I take pride in my ability to prepare comprehensive QA metrics, conduct various testing types (Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, etc.), and provide regular status reports. My expertise extends to scripting, debugging, and monitoring tools like SiteScope and Performance Manager. I have been part of dynamic teams and have effectively communicated with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. My role as a point of contact at Onsite allowed me to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery. My professional journey has seen me work on diverse projects, such as Reward Shop n Pay, Flex Tron Job Tracking, and HDFC Bank Life AI. These projects have honed my skills in understanding requirements, creating test plans, test data preparation, and defect tracking. In addition to my technical abilities, I completed my graduation, and I am proud to have received a Credit Excellency award from a client.
